We get injured in relationships, especially in those primary ones, but we heal in relationships, too.

Consistency, privacy, and safety of a therapeutic relationship allows it to become, in time, a healing relationship.

Therapy session is a space, time, and place where transformation happens.

Therapy is your investment into yourself.

It takes courage to want to know oneself.

Embodiment is essential.

it becomes a green flower.
When the egg breaks
it becomes a bird.
When the river is finished, its avenues of light
fold and drop and fall into
and become the sea.
